Why did VeeV need a Business Coach? We had good rebooking; excellent average docket bill and the Team were doing well! That’s what I thought! Gita sat down and really analysed my business and my management style, and what do you know, I was not running the business to its full potential.

After spending time working with Salon Advantage I am now a consistent Coach of my team. The Team are excited and motivated to achieve their goals consistently, and take ownership if they don’t meet their targets (They even avoid taking as many sick days if it means they may miss a target).

My Generation Y Team have responded to a firmer and more direct management style as they have seen the results in their hip pockets and they are motivated by their own successes. By implementing a new Bonus system they now have unlimited earning potential backed up by a self funding system.

Thanks Gita, VeeV is now even closer to being systems driven while being a fun place to work. I now love working with and managing my Team as I get to share in their success which in turn has put more money in my bank!

Several months after completing the Salon Advantage programme VeeV is still reaping the rewards and continuing to flourish. I will continue to work with Gita as she is that little voice inside my head that keeps me driving forward and pushing towards and achieving bigger goal
