This session covers the Nuts and Bolts side of your business to help you understand the basic Business Financial Review process. What your accountant may make look difficult - we make simple. We will also cover Team Reviews, when to do them and how to do them most effectively.

You will get a basic checklist of what you need to do to action the analysis of your business’s key areas and when it needs to be done throughout the year so you have time to action what you identify before it reduces your bottom line profits.

In particular we will actively workshop the following topics as a group:

√ Financial Reviews, how to complete them, when to do them and what to
look out for with their results
√ Areas that you need to be aware of when reviewing the financials of your
business overall, including profitability of your individual team members
√ Team Member Reviews can be exciting for you and your team, we will show
you the best way to implement them and then how to follow them up
√ Setting up a Training Plan is not time consuming you just need to know how
to do it

You will walk away from this session understanding the importance of reviewing your business financially and actioning the areas you identify for growth of your profits. The other area you will have a clearer understanding of is how to enrol your team with appraisals and performance reviews ongoingly, so they understand what they are achieving every week.

This session will open your eyes to the time effective strategies to grow your business and utilise the analysis time you spend on your business and how to equate that back to profits for you and your business.

You will receive notes to refer to later as well as work through practical examples on how to set up your business so it’s profitable from day one.
