This session covers how to work with and implement a system of induction for all Team Members. This would be one of the hottest topics in our industry today, yet one area many owners overlook when it comes to how to do it properly.

The session is based on proven strategies that will enrol Generation Y employees and turn them from being staff into managers with initiative. They crave strong leadership and this is the first step to delivering it to them to ensure you run a profitable salon with a great environment for all clients and team members.

Stop pulling your hair out not knowing how to find or keep good staff, they are out there you just need to know how to find them and then what you need to do to keep them.

In particular we will actively workshop the following topics as a group:

√ Identifying the Selection Criteria, who are you wanting to employ and what
qualities do you expect them to have
√ Placing the Advert, where you place your advert is just as important as what
it says
√ We will give you an advert you can use that gets the phone ringing with
eager potential employees
√ You will learn how to compile an Induction Process so all on your team
uphold the same high standard of service in your salon, be it senior stylist,
receptionist through to first year apprentice
√ You will walk away from this session with a clear understanding of what
needs to be actioned to ensure you grow your business with motivated
and eager team members, and how to keep them
√ Your team is your most valuable resource so it makes sense to take the
time to work with them to ensure your salon standards are upheld
