Session 1 Setting Up and Running a Successful Business

 

Session 1 (3 hrs in Duration)

This session covers all facets of set up and systems refinement for running a successful and profitable business. Along with tips on what you need to action in your first year to not only avoid losing money in your first year, yet how to achieve profits ongoingly.

In particular we will actively workshop the following topics as a group:

√ Tips on compiling a Business Plan with financial projections for next 12
months for you personally as well as your business
√ How to set up a Weekly Budget Planner to prevent cash flow tight periods in
your business
√ Basic budgeting information to empower you as a business person whose
excuse is hairdressing or beauty therapy
√ Salon Systems Checklist to identify what systems you need, what you need
to get rid of and how to identify the difference
√ Tips on what to be aware of, to avoid losing money in your business, and
how to grow your salon profits starting today

You will walk away from this session with a clear understanding of what needs to be actioned to get your business on track utilising the proven methods of business development supplied at this session.

This session is one you need to attend if you are serious about building a profitable and sustainable business that not only gives you a strong financial return, but freedom of time and enjoyment.
